Stay away from booking this property and this host

Booked this property 2 days before check in date. Upon our day of request to host for check in information, was informed that the property was double booked. Very long story short - I never was able to check in and received a refund for less than half of what I paid for the 4 day stay. I strongly urge you to avoid booking any property associated with this host, and even stronger with VRBO in general. Absolute nightmare and will avoid VRBO at all costs moving forward. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Was on the phone with them for a total of 4 hours over 2 days and got absolutely nothing from them.
