This is one of two units on the property. There is a shared wall in between. Excessive noise will travel through the walls so we ask that you respect all surrounding neighbors. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
Free parking for 1 car in the back. The other spot is for the second unit. Free street parking.

Living Room: Sofa, 58" TV (You will need to log in to your own subscriptions)
Office: Daybed, Desk (bedding provided for the daybed)
Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee station, hot water kettle, pots/pans. 4 counter stools for dining.
Bedroom 1: (1) King bed, iron, iron board, dresser, 42" TV
Bedroom 2: (2) Double beds, small vanity desk with views, baby playard, 32" TV
Bathroom: (1) bathroom, tub/shower, washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash

Thanks in advance for taking a quick second to acknowledge our rules. We want to make sure we're all on the same page before we get you all checked in.
1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking. Booking guest must be 21 years or older.
2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum between 10p and 8am. Sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
3. No parties or events allowed. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge to clear out smells.
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
7. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. If your extended stay results in our next guest not being able to check in on time, you will be responsible for their entire stay if they decide to cancel.
8. No pets allowed. The owners are extremely allergic.
9. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200 and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
10. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera and noise monitoring system.
11. We recommend travel insurance for all guests should your travel plans change.
