The apartment has been recently renovated with marble floors and modern bathrooms and completly firnished the condo is centrally located and it is within walking distance to the beautifull beach of la concha and to many spectaculars places fogo de chAo brazilian steak house and many hotels and casinos also you have CVS and Walgreens 24/7 plus grocery stores and fresh mart for those who love organic old san juan is at 5 minutes drive or you can go to the bus stop which is located at one minute walk from the property right in front la concha provide private parking with private code and shower and beach towels plus beach chairs for your enjoyment A/C through out the apartment plus every bedroom has A/C and TV with cable and free wifi you'll love the location as well as the apartment and also state of the art brand new stylish kitchen.

Note: the washer and dryer is only allow to use it guest who are staying a week or more for guest staying less than a week and want access to the laundry there’s a charge of $50.00 which you can pay in cash during the check in thank you.

Short Walk to Everything
This condo was in a great location! Everything was exactly as described, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The host was communicative, and the space met all our expectations. We had small issues that we addressed after our stay, but overall, it was a really good experience. Would definitely recommend!"

House was perfect for us, clean and in a very walkable area. Great communication. We had a power outage in the area and the owner kept us informed of any updates on service being restored. We all had a wonderful time! Would stay again if in the area and would recommend to anyone else.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay here. It’s perfect walking distance from everything and the condo had all the amenities you need for a good stay! The host is very kind and considerate of unusual travel plans and allowed us to check in a bit early, with prior coordination. Definitely check it out!

Spacious, Modern Condo in a Great Location!
This property was everything you would expect from reading the listing. The space is very well kept and is in a great location in the Condado area. Very close to the main area with restaurants and bars as well as easy access to the beach. We were with our 6 and 9 year old kids and walked everywhere around town with them. The owners were very responsive when we had a question and the private parking was a huge plus! I would say the place is more suitable for older teenagers/adults as it would be easier to abide by the rules laid out by the owner, although our kids enjoyed their stay. The rules were not excessive by any means, and they make a lot of sense for condo living, we were just nervous about the noise level of our kids. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this highly sought after area in San Juan.

Great stay near Condado Beach
Quick, lovely stay for our family of four. Directions were a little confusing but quick response from Ozzie got us where we needed to be. We loved the layout and this 3 bedroom was perfect for us.

Nice Property in a Great Location
Property was very nice and clean in a great location - lots of space for 4 girls on a trip to reconnect. The A/C and ceiling fans in each bedroom allowed for personal temperature control; the living room area also had A/C. It is within walking distance of great restaurants (Ropa Vieja, Pannes, Orozcos) and the Condado beach. Gated parking spot was a plus as parking is difficult in the area. Ossie was available when we had questions at check-in. While the condo building was not on a main street, there was a fair amount of noise from passing cars after 11pm. It was not a problem for us but noticeable enough to mention. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Perfect location to explore
Our family of 5, kids and grandma included, had a great stay. The apartment was in excellent shape and great location for us to explore San Juan. Close to the water, excellent restaurants (highly recommend El Refran!) And easy parking.

Fun trip with friends!
Four friends and I stayed at this place and had a great time. Two couples and one friend. We are in our mid twenties and found this location to be great for us and the price was fair. We were able to wake up in the morning and find a good spot for breakfast/brunch and the nearby Walgreens was very nice as well. We could easily walk places and getting a ride/uber to La placita on Friday/Saturday nights and back was easy, quick and not expensive. The host/owner provided us with great recommendations and the check in process was really easy, same with leaving. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this condo was amazing for our family of 6! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very clean and we felt very safe. Ossie was very responsive to our inquiries and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Location was the most important matter for my family in the center of the condado area. Facility had a great layout for our family. Parking was good and secure. Property Manager was always available. We had a great experience in our stay.

Location and a very modern apartment
I’m glad I picked this place to stay when I came to Puerto Rico it really added to the overall positive experience of my family’s trip, beautiful place with a good vibe everything worked and it was close to a lot of places it really feels like the owners put a lot of effort into making sure their clients are satisfied. Best place to stay with all the amenities!
We stayed at Ossie’s condo in Condado for 6 nights. It was the perfect size for my family of 5 that included 3 teen girls. There was AC in each room with fans that worked very well. I wanted to rent something with a washer and dryer as well as a parking spot and Ossie’s place was perfect! Great location to walk to the beach and the unit has beach towels and beach chairs to take with you. The unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed walking to the awesome restaurants and bars nearby. I will definitely be renting this unit again when I return!

Convenient Location To Old San Juan
Easy Host to work with, everything was as described on listing. Great for our family and so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Old San Juan. Felt completely safe walking the neighborhood at night. We would stay again.

Great host and ideal location!
This condo was a great choice! It was a short ride from the airport and the location is well-positioned in Condado! It's just close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops/hotels/beach but set far enough back from the noise and traffic. The building is quiet and secure. The unit itself was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It really was our home away from home. Ossie was great before, during and after our stay. He is very welcoming and a knowledgeable resource willing to offer recommendations. The area is very walkable and it's a close distance from Isla Verde and Old San Juan. It was a way to be introduced to Puerto Rico and we are already talking about returning to the island and this condo!

Great condo in a fabulous Condado location
Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment is clean and spacious and had plenty of room for us parents and three kids. Location was exceptional! Down the street from La Concha Renaissance, and close to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. We also could walk to the Condado Lagoon kayak tour quite easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location
This was a very nice unit and about 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants close by. Owner had great recommendations for restaurants and tour guide. Always responded quickly to messages. Will stay again here.

The owner Ozzy is personable and responsive. He gave great recommendations. This spot is perfect for adults vacation. I wouldnt recommend children or elders as the lagoon floods and there is no elevator within building. Nice modern kitchen, no dishwasher. Bedrooms with individual air controls which is so perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Great Vacation!
This Place is a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel. The host was available by text for any needs or concerns you may have and was very helpful with providing resources for available tours and trust a trustworthy taxi service to call. The Condo is in a perfect location! Only a couple-minute walk from great food choices and the beach! I highly recommend booking with this party. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Nice stay and great location
Ossie is a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very well kept and the layout is spacious and updated. Close walk to beach, restaurants, and bars. There are electric scooters nearby and from the apartment my teens were able to use them to get to Old San Juan on the bike path in 15 min. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Each room has its own AC and ceiling fan. There were some items in the pantry like spices and ziplock bags that came in handy. There is also a first aid kit and easy to carry beach chairs. This apartment was a great find!

Great location!
My three generation family stayed here for a whole week, including my 4 year old and 3 month old. My 4 year old especially loved the fountain to play in on the way to Condado beach. Close to lots of restaurants too. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for a great place to stay!!
