Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space when you are not at the beach or exploring the many attractions the area has to offer. The beach is just 150 yards, or a 1 minute walk, away! Rainy day? No problem, cozy up inside and play the Xbox Series X with game pass (100+ games available). Dreamin' of the Sea can sleep 10 guests and is PET FRIENDLY!

Additional information:
Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st.
Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).
Hot tub will be open throughout the year.
Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.
In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Dogs are only allowed on the beach before 10AM and after 5PM from May 1st-Labor Day. From Labor Day-April 30th dogs may be on the beach at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on the beach with a leash at most 7 feet in length. Owners must also clean up waste and dispose of it properly.

Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Great Family Stay

This house is perfect for families with children. Everything was at the house for a beach stay. Having the umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys was great! The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a great addition to our stay!

Wonderful Two Weeks!

My group had an absolute blast during our stay in Surfside Beach. The house is in a GREAT location - super close to the beach, and it has a really nice pool. Owners were very easy and friendly to communicate with. Would definitely return again!

Wonderful Fall Vaca

Lovely home in a private setting but only a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and has a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. We ran into one snafu during our stay and had to reach out to the owners. They were quick to respond and see that everything was resolved quickly and with minimal disruption to our vacation. We would definitely choose this house again for a Surfside getaway. Even the kids in our group loved the house, the large TV in the bunk room, and the private pool.

Good break in winter

We had good time. The only issues were that there was a construction going on in the next lot and the house is being sold so there was a showing while we were there. Besides that, everything was as expected.

Great family getaway!

From the time of booking, everything was a breeze. I initially booked a day sooner than we needed sure to my son's ball tournament, which was essily changed. Check in was so simple. Highly recommend ordering Walmart grocery delivery! We also had a golf cart delivered by AJAX to use during our stay, which the kids really enjoyed! The house was well equipped for us, the cleabing crew is amazing, they even left us loofas in each bathroom. The location is perfect distance to the ocean and my son loved the pool for afternoon swims after lunch! There was also a storage area with beach chairs, a wagon, and some toys we could use! Thank you guys so much for allowing us to use your home. We look forward to returning!

Great time for all!!

We decided to look for a place to stay with another couple and Sister-in-law coming up from Hilton Head..We were at Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and we couldn't have a more perfect place for us..We had great communication right from the start..Was in contact with our host Shawn whom answered any questions we had. Everything thats on the website is right on and place was very well kept and very clean..Close enough to beach to take a few walks after ballgames which was very relaxing..The women were happy which made us very happy😁 Excellent experience and would recommend it to anyone!! Everything you need

Very clean house. Plenty of room for our family with young adult children. Loved cooling down in the pool after a hot day on the beach, which is a short walk from the house. Shawn was extremely easy to work with. Very engaged as an owner and was quick to respond to our questions. We had a fantastic week!

Nice clean home, close to the beach

This house was very clean, I was skeptical about the carpeting (my issue) and I had no problems here, you can tell it’s very well taken care of. There are a lot of amenities I didn’t see in the listing…there is an ironing board and 2 irons, there is a pack n play available and there are several chairs and a wagon for transporting items to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here! Shawn was great with communication, he always got right back to me! We look forward to our next vacation here!

CLEAN Very short walk to the beach

This was the cleanest beach house we have stayed in. They have all been nice but this one went above and beyond I mean I’m pretty sure the base boards and window sealed were squeaky clean the pool was God Sent for the days it wanted to off and on rain and at night when we were winding down we spent evenings on the pool patio with all the kids. The washer and dryer was also a life saver it was fun to get out and explore all the rides and shop the malls nothing was too far of a drive it was honestly a perfect stay even though it rained quite a bit. One thing the kids did complain about was there is only one tv in the entire house so that was a little inconvenient for 4 kids and 3 adults lol but it forced us to spend more time together honestly a beautiful all around setting inside and out and also the area was so calm. Oh and no alcohol on the beach unless in a cup and no glass bottles allowed for the ones who like to let loose

Fun for the family

We enjoyed our family week together. This house is super close to the beach, in a safe friendly community with many places to eat and enjoy time at the beach. Our family will be back to here again.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was in great shape and very clean. The pool was great for hanging out and it was an easy walk to the beach. Hosts were great about communication and very welcoming. Definitely hope to return soon!

Absolutely Stunning

We stayed for my Daughter's Spring Break and seriously ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star!!! Excellent Location !!! Quiet Neighborhood !!! Beach access a minute away !! Upper Deck perfect for tanning lower deck perfect to get out the sun !!! So impressed with the lighting updates and everything and Shawn was amazing 🤩 he was always very prompt with responses !! We will definitely be back !!!! Thank you so much Shawn !!!! We seriously loved this home !!!
