Our friends' daughter is going to be going to Montreat College, so they planned to bring her up to get her settled in. Since they live so far away in Florida, and we live in NC, we all decided to make a reunion weekend out of it and stay together at a house in Black Mountain.
This charming house held 2 couples and 3 teenage girls with room to spare. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for the amount of people we had, and that's with their daughter and a few new college friends coming by. The kitchen had everything we needed. All of the porches were put to great use, and we even got to enjoy the fire pit area out back. SO relaxing and serene with the Adirondack chairs and string lights.
Our host, Christina, was great at communication, and when our friends decided to stay one more night, she was quick to approve it. We even had some weird charge issues that she followed up with until she knew all was well.
We highly recommend this house in the mountains. It was a great place to unwind and fellowship.
