Stella is located on 100 acres with trails, paddling and activities. This cozy, pet friendly space has everything you need for a relaxing get away. A short walk to the water, a fire pit, a wood fired pizza oven or axe throwing target. We are a new business and Stella is a work in progress, the kitchen has all the essentials for your stay. There are trails outside, some are solar lit for night time exploring. There is a brook on the edge of the property about a mile hike from the apartment. We currently have 2 canoes, 4 kayaks, and 2 paddleboards for guests to use during their stay. There is a dock area with life vests and paddles.
The private hot tub is a 3 person lounge spa.
Stella is on the second floor above our tiny office (where we do laundry). The building is designed for privacy and you probably will not see us during your stay.

Very sweet cozy little cabin, with a nice balcony and view, the trails are cool and lead to a variety of interesting sites. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck this morning over the pond, the hot tub was just the right size and a nice touch to the evening
Sherri has thought of everything preparing this delightful studio! It was a perfect size for our quick trip with two medium sized dogs. Plenty of space for us to relax and prepare and enjoy meals. Perfectly appointed with essentials and so many surprises to make the stay even more special. The trails around the property provided ample opportunity to ensure the dogs were exercised on our trip. And the location would have been perfect to use as a base for exploring the region had we stayed longer. Wonderful and communicative host and terrific accommodations…you will not be disappointed!

About the host
Hosted by Sherri Simmons
Sherri and Joel are life-long Mainers and love the outdoors! They appreciate all the adventures this amazing state has to offer. Sherri teaches middle school Math and Science and Joel is a labor relations specialist. They started building tiny cabins in 2020 and loved it so much in 2022 they bought 100 acres so they could keep building more!
Why they chose this property
Whitefield is a beautiful, small town in Maine. The population is just over 2000 people with a growing Amish community. Tiny Cabins of Maine sits on 100 areas along Givens Pond. Nearby hikes, general stores, and friendly Maine charm make this a unique getaway experience.
What makes this property unique
The cabins at Tiny Cabins of Maine are an experience. They are a comfortable overnight stay, but just outside your door, you can explore the trails, go for a paddle, cook a pizza in the wood fired pizzeria, bring a picnic lunch to the pub in the woods or try your luck at axe throwing. Two of our cabins include hanging hammocks swings for the porch and traveling hammocks that can be hung anywhere on the property. All cabins include a private firepit and a coleman propane grill. In the winter time, we have nordic skis and snowshoes for guests to borrow.
Many guests are escaping the city and in the tiny cabin they can relax and experience nature in a stay that is set up for their adventure.
