Perfect Getaway with superb hosts
Badria and Jay were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and informative hosts! They were very responsive to all my questions throughout our stay and prior. We had only one small issue (the kitchen sink handle was loose) which Jay resolved within the hour and gave us a gift card for the (very minor) inconvenience. The cottage was tastefully decorated and very welcoming. It had all of the comforts of home: ample hangers, phone chargers, spices & condiments, paper towels, bath & beach towels, and more! They also provided beach chairs & wagon, boogie boards and kayaks! Perfect location right on the bay. The two pools on site were well taken care of and never too crowded. We saw beautiful sunsets every night. Everything was wonderful and we’d definitely stay here again!

Sea la Vie
Our stay at Sea la Vie was wonderful. It was myself, my husband, 2 grown daughters and a dog. While it was tight, there is plenty of sitting room between the outside and inside that we were all comfortable. The deck is lovely and the constant breeze kept the bugs away. We ran into technology issues at check in and the hosts were very quick in responding over text to get us smoothly checked in. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection
This was overall the most enjoyable trip I’ve taken, from the booking process to the stay itself. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and to maximize our fun while we were here. The view on the water is mesmerizing. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock where we caught catfish, trout and even saw an alligator gar. When they weren’t fishing they were enjoying the kayaks provided. The bay is beautiful and the beach is just a quick bicycle ride away- bikes also provided. We were welcomed with a smore kit for the kids and rods ready to take cast. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We spent 4 wonderful days at Sea La Vie.
Sea La Vie is a cozy cottage where we were able to relax and unwind sitting by the bay on a sunny dock. Peaceful environment. Just a short walk to Sandbridge Beach and a short drive to Virginia Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We very much enjoyed our time there. Badria and Jay were thoughtful and attentive hosts.
