Perfect location; gated neighborhood close to all that Banner Elk has to offer. Close to ski slopes, alpine coaster, Lees-McRae, Artisanal Restaurant, several golf courses and downtown Banner Elk. House has been updated with new furniture, paint, rugs, mattresses, bedding, and more. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Perfect layout for 4 adult couples or multiple families. Large living room with attached sunroom for additional seating. New finished area downstairs with additional seating and television, perfect for teens. The house has a large deck, with beautiful views, that leads down to fenced in backyard. There is living space under the deck with seating so you have a place to hang even in the rain or snow. The neighborhood has lots of green space, including multiple ponds. One pond is right by the house and is stocked for fishing. There are only 4 houses on this dead end road so very little to no traffic. Trash pickup and city amenities. There is WIFI so working or streaming is no problem.
