Apartment Exultet is the brand-new apartment on the tourist map of Podstrana. It’s located in low-rise family building in Strožanac, near the seaside and beaches with crystal clear water on one side, and down the sides of beautiful mountain Perun on the other side (suitable for trekking, hiking and biking), offering in the same time the unique experience of peaceful and adventuristic vacation. The apartment is positioned near city of Split (9,2 km from old town centre and port), city of Solin (9,4 km from ancient Roman amphitheatre and early Christian basilicas), city of Omiš (18 km) and airport of Kaštela (26 km). Bus station is 800 m from the apartment. This modern and cosy apartment comes with one bedroom (1 bed 200x180 cm, additional crib on demand, spacious wall-mounted drawer), one bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine...), fully equipped kitchen (hob with four burners, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), dining area, spacious sofa and smart TV with streaming service, and south oriented balcony with view on beautiful olive garden. Apartment is located in the Municipality of Podstrana, on the southern-west side of Perun Hill (the highest point is “Križ” – 533 m), near the river Žrnovnica (1,6 km) with beautiful walking side and cycling track on one side and golf and tennis course on other side. 800 m form the apartment are the nearest beaches, although all Municipality of Podstrana offers kilometres of beautiful free beaches, and every day is opportunity to visit one of them. Apartment is situated between Split (old town centre and Diocletian’s palace from Roman period, and the oldest cathedral in the world is 9,2 km away), Omiš (old town with mediaeval fortress Fortica is 18 km away), and offside of antique “Republic of Poljica” rich with history, gourmet specialties and traditions worth to experience and visit. In proximity of the apartment You can find shops (Studenac 240 m, Tommy 700 m), caffe bars, fish and meat traditional restaurants and fast foods (800 m), pharmacy and infirmary (700 m) and shopping malls (City Centre One 4,5 km and Mall of Split 6,2 km).
