The unit has been recently remodeled, including all new household items and custom made furniture. Each bedroom has its own master suite and private balcony for your enjoyment.

The Space:
The complex offers 2 beautiful pools, a palapa, tennis court, pickle ball court and yoga twice a week.
A car is not necessary as we are a short 5-10 minute walk to beaches, dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and 2 large supermarkets. Walk across the street and you will find Macca’s and Grandma’s Restaurant, where you can enjoy a cold drink and some of the best pizza in the area.
The local bus stops right out front for a 3 minute trip to old town San Jose Del Cabo. You will not want to miss the art show on Thursday nights. Love to golf? Visit the famous Mayan Palace, Jack Nicholas golf course directly behind the complex. Uber to Cabo San Lucas to enjoy many local excursion including whale watching and glass bottom boats.

Our Property Manager can arrange transportation to anywhere. Arrange your very own Private Chef in need be. They can pick up your grocery list and have them at the unit upon your arrival !! Want activities during your stay ? They'll arrange them for you; may it be tours, events, transportation to and from. Want to explore the BAJA peninsula like La Paz or Espiritu ? She'll arrange it for you. Maybe you have a special occasion during your stay ? She'll make all of the necessary details to make your special event even more of a surprise........maybe a cake or balloons are in order ? These are at your expense, but our Property Manager loves to plan and to make your stay memorable.
