Just remodeled and located in downtown Historic Redstone and adorned with natural wood accents and tasteful decor, the interior of your Scandinavian riverside cottage exudes a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings and large windows that frame breathtaking views of the surrounding river and wilderness. The space comfortably sleeps four guests between the two bedrooms, making it ideal for couples or small families. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed while the neighboring bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser for your clothing and boasts bright windows to let the Colorado light in.

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the newly-renovated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Dine indoors at the charming dining table or take your meals outside to the spacious deck overlooking the river, where you can savor your food amidst the sounds of nature.

Step outside and experience the beauty of the Colorado wilderness firsthand. - This home is located within a building that has two other connected units: a residence on the first floor as well as a real estate office. The entryway is a shared entry, from there you travel up the stairs to your locked and private front door. The washer and dryer are shared with the downstairs long-term residence. Other than the entryway and washer/dryer, there are no other shared amenities.

- The reading loft is accessed by a drop down ladder only. Please be mindful when using the loft area, especially if you have children with you. It is accessed by a drop down ladder only. The stairs and elevated spaces can pose a potential hazard. We kindly ask all visitors to exercise caution and supervise children at all times. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur while using the loft area. By entering this space, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
