My brother and I are from Oregon and enjoy all that Eugene has to bring! We love spending time outdoors and keeping active with all sorts of activities. We recently built this house finishing it in 2023 and we have loved being a host since we finished!

This neighborhood has everything you would ever need! Only blocks away from University of Oregon campus you will never be far away from all the great events. Walking distance to all sorts of stores, restaurants and bars, and so much more.
What makes this property unique
Our property was just built brand new in 2023! Being one of the only newly built homes available in the area. With that comes all the best technology, comfortability and elegance!
