A little piece of quiet in a storm

Due to a medical emergency, I needed a place to stay. Because of the Bills game, there was no room in any inn. But I found Brody's place. The VRBO app wasn't working, but he promised to reserve the week for me. As promised, he did! The apartment is spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, in a beautiful neighborhood. The third floor walk up was daunting for this senior citizen. My son helped me up and Brody was willing to help me down with my luggage, but I figured out how to do it. Every evening, it was a place of relaxation and a place away from the hospital. Uber was usually around $10, so reasonable. I can't say enought about great things about Brody and this lovely space.

Great place

Wonderful place, great location, quick communication with owner, honest and accurate listing, stocked, comfortable, nice bedding, dishes for adults and kids, plenty of space for relaxing and our luggage. Brody was so polite and helpful with any questions that I had. He provided detailed info about parking, and I didn't have and issues. I would stay here again.

Great spot

Brody’s 3rd floor Haven in Buffalo was great for our family’s summer visit. We came into the area to visit other family members and we were very impressed at several aspects of the home. The place was immaculate throughout with great little details both visually and functionally. Brody thought of a lot from all the proper kitchen gear, gadgets and coffee that was ready to go! The area was extremely safe for our little ones and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! The AC units did have a bit of a hard time keeping up with the July heat considering it was on the 3rd floor. But there is a really great standing unit in the main space with an extra fan. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Brody!

Quaint and Cozy

Brody’s place was absolutely adorable. The space was clean, quaint, and perfect for our short stay in Buffalo. The decor and design is an eclectic mix of modern, traditional, and farmhouse. Communication with Brody was excellent and detailed from the moment we booked. He was thoughtful, quick to respond, and eager to share his love for the city of Buffalo. The location in Elmwood Village was convenient to everything and with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If we ever visit Buffalo again, we will definitely try to stay here. Definitely a 10/10!!!
