The house has 4 rooms, 1 room on the first level with queen size bed and a full bathroom, on the second level the master room with bathroom,
Tow rooms with twin beds . They share 1 bathroom.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and perfect stay, clean and comfortable
The house is 30 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from the new H2O Live Water Park located in Margarita Ville at 192 with many shops around.
Championsgate community has an amazing Club
House " The Oasis" and THE RETREAT, the new Club House is at one block, Golf and Tennis courts

There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away like: Panera, Publix, Wendy's , Olive Garden, Walgreens, LongHorn, 7-eleven and much more.

This townhouse is the perfect place for creating lovely memories .

The guest can access all of the house's features and the Champions Gate Oasis Club, amazing facilities at NO EXTRA COST

* Pool Heat
$50 per day,

When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90°F.
Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions.
This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
BBQ Grill: This has a cost of $75 and we send you the code of the lock so you can use it all yor stay.

The clubhouse offers both a bar and a restaurant, a movie theater, a game room, tennis court, golf club, beach volleyball field, a water park, and more. There is also a customer service desk that offers information on theme park tickets and other tourist attractions in the area.

Parties are not allowed in the property.



We accept just 2 cars per reservation.


In case of a hurricane or bad weather certain amenities may be closed or unavailable during your stay. We can’t guarantee the availability of each amenity in those cases.
Also in case of hurricane or any weather complications we can’t control the services of water and power.
