What makes this property unique

People always comment about how quiet it is and the sounds of nature, crickets, roosters, birds chirping, owls hooting- deer abound, & sometimes coyotes howling, and sometimes dogs barking, but when everything is quiet, you can hear a pin drop. It’s very awesome .
