Cottage #4 - Quaint, clean, comfortable cottage just 20 miles from Key West. Cottage offers a full kitchen, large screened patio. There's room for the family with two queen bedrooms This cottage is only steps away from our pool. The dockage and seawalls are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Oceanside Cottage to be your Home Away From Home.

We enjoyed our stay, would stay again. Communication was excellent. Property is just as pictured. Great location, great value for the price. Could use a little freshening up, light bulb in laundry room, etc.

Only thing it was hard to see the #4 on side of the cottage because it was painted same color of blue and i couldn't see it at night , maybe put it on mailboxmailboxes the n when we got there. Maybe put numbb

Thrifty
If your thrifty and dont mind thrift store funishings and buildings, then this is your place. Great location, small pool, small boat dock. Nice view if you walk down to the shared waters edge. Very "old keys vibe".

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster zum öffnen, dafür der Pool gleich am Haus. Wir hatten ihn für uns alleine. Etwas abgelegen, dafür ruhig und erholsam. Gerne wieder…

Long weekend stay.
Overall our stay was pleasant. This VRBO is in a very convenient area, lots of great fishing spots nearby and plenty of things to do. The only gripe that we had is that this is the only rental I’ve had in the keys that does not provide any household necessities. They had exactly one trash bag, a small roll of paper towels, no seasonings for food (not even salt or pepper), there were only 4 towels for a place that sleeps 4 people, no extra blankets or anything. Our stay was otherwise wonderful, but having to spend an extra 50 to buy household essentials that most rentals keep stocked was frustrating.

Geräumiges, einfaches Ferienhaus in schöner Gartenanlage mit Pool
Viel Platz in der Wohnung, auf dem Grundstück und zum Parken des Autos. Dies ermöglicht ein luftiges und geräumiges Leben. Äußerlich sehr einfache Behausung mit altmodischer Ausstattung. Kein Geschirrspüler. Die Küchenschränke müssten innen einmal gründlich geputzt werden. Etwas wackeliges WLAN. Viele Steckdosen. Toller Pool, direkt neben dem Hauseingang, wir konnten den Pool die ganze Zeit allein benutzen, da die anderen Häuser nur mäßig ausgelastet waren. Schwimmen im Meer vom Holzsteg aus möglich, Bucht ist aber sehr schlammig, man sieht fast keine Fische. Die Lage für Ausflüge nach Key West und Richtung Marathon ist Hervorragend. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist etwas trostlos (Hauptstraße ohne Geschäfte). Man hört die Highway #1, insbesondere die schweren Lastwagen.hervorragend. ohne)Fische.

Needs a face lift
Quaint cottage with low pricing for the FL Keys. The whole property needs a face lift. Several light bulbs were out in cottage 4. The front door got stuck so we had to use the patio door for most of the trip. The beds were terrible and the furniture in the den was worn down. This was our second time staying here in a year and a half and the cottage definitely shows significant signs of wear and tear. The pool and docks were great for our kids.

Perfect Vacation Base
This was a perfect property for our annual trip to the Lower Keys. Over the last 31 yrs options have become very unaffordable, and limited when you need the following for your vacation. The allowance of dogs without size restriction, dockage for your boat parking for your vehicles, and your boat trailer. This place has it all. It's quiet, and though the unit was a triplex, plenty of privacy. We had two teenage boys with us, and every night they enjoyed the wood dock, fishing, catching fiddler craps for the next day's fishing trip. Our unit was clean, and simply furnished, and had most things that we needed to keep the 2 eating machines fed. The screened porch was a great space too. We never needed to call management for anything. So let me send a message to Jennifer & Susan here. Thank you for providing such a great opportunity with a location and policies that allowed us to have a perfect 8 day stay! Your new fans from Stuart, FL

Loved the pool
Beds were good. Kitchen could use a little bit more of dishes, glasses, mugs. Only had one wine glass. Shower was great, mirror was foggy, not sure why. Loved the screened in porch. It was further away from Key West than I thought it would be. That road is slow going so it took longer. I would stay again.

My husband, dog and I really joyed our stay. Plenty of room and amenities. Close to restaurants and bars. Very nice pool on property. Key West is a nice drive away and not too long. We would definitely recommend!!

Great little spot. We weren’t there for long just long enough to want to stay another week. FYI bring bug spray if you’re gonna be outside at night. Mosquitoes are BAD! Great time regardless
