Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and Smart TV; There is also a small dining table just off the living room which is also a perfect space to check E-mails or work remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside or enjoy takeout from all the nearby restaurants. Relax outside on the patio or watch your favorite movie while snuggled on the sofa! There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

🛌 SLEEPING:
* Bedroom #1: Bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser & smart TV. The bedroom also has access to the balcony/patio area.
* Additional Sleeping: Sofa in living room.

🍽️ EATING:
There is a full sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Eat comfortably at the dining table just steps outside the kitchen.

Parking is available for 1 vehicles. Parking passes are located inside the condo.

* Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
