PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
