Crescent Beach Club is equivalent to staying in a five-star hotel with country club amenities and a beachfront location. Amazing perks: Each tower has access to tennis courts, library, gym, sauna, billiards room, grills, a large beachfront pool and hot tub. Another bonus is that you can use the amenities at either tower.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed, a tv, with an ensuite bathroom that has soaking tub and a separate shower. The primary has access to the beachfront balcony as well.

There is a second bathroom that has a shower.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything: downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Important details:

- A lease application for the HOA is required

- There is a lease application fee of $75 for the HOA

- We provide fobs for the building and the pool, replacement cost for the fobs is $50 each

- Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles. No back-in parking is permitted. Under the building parking and vehicle cannot exceed 6'3', including items on the roof of the vehicle. Please ensure your parking passes from the guard gate are displayed at all times in order to avoid a fine and/or towing.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
