It's a self-check-in system facilitated by a lockbox. Upon arrival, you will have seamless access to the entire home, including the laundry area, backyard, and complimentary parking on the premises. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well if you’re afraid it will be canceled.

We're in a tropical setting with various tropical creatures like lizards, geckoes, and frogs; their presence is beyond our control. Unconfirmed cancellations will result in a strictly NO REFUND.

It is also important to note that weapons and illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. To promote safety, the unit has a CCTV Camera installed outside to monitor the surroundings.

Also, a $500 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Not approved late checkout or past checkout, and unauthorized guests will be penalized.
