Please keep the hot tub cover ON when not in use. We recommend checking and raising the temp as desired immediately upon arrival. DO NOT TURN OFF.
The alleyway to the south of the house is the neighbor’s property, not ours. Please access the back yard through the house and out the back door.
Nothing down our 100 year old toilet pipes but human waste or toilet paper, please. It will wreak havoc in the sewer lines, meaning large fines.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

This house was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for a convention at Salt Palace. The location was not only close to the convention center but to many restaurants and shops downtown we could check out. The interior design of the house was also very beautiful. Our only feedback was that the pathway and cover to the hot tub wasn’t the easiest to navigate due to leaves and puddles. There was also a broken chair in the living room but neither were a major hindrance to our stay.

GREAT LOCATION

THE LOCATION WAS A PLUS. ON STREET PARKING WAS NEVER AN ISSUE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY SPACIOUS. HOUSE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WE NOTIFIED THE OWNER AND SHE CALLED PROMPTLY AND MADE THINGS RIGHT! SHE WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON SUGGESTIONS AROUND THE AREA. VERY CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF RVER IN SLC!
