We offer a serene, clean, secure space. Parking close to the apartment, first floor with direct access to the Pine Grove Isla Verde Beach and right next to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, Rx, hotels. Taxis and Uber always close by. Five minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Condado, 20 min to old San Juan. to see the Spanish Castles. Parking inside premises, guard at post 24/7, gated community. Literally 20 steps to the best beach of the North. Surfing school and rentals for water skiing and sports right on the beach. Aquasol Waterpark, for kids, Vivo beach club and Brewery, Cockfights, less than 3 minute drive. El Yunque Rainforest is 40 minute drive, recommend you book a tour for trails if you don't have rental car. Catamaran day trip to Icaco, BioBay both in Fajardo highly recommended. Isla Verde is a beach town. As you walk or drive thru you will see many people in bathing suits and short walking down the sidewalk. Surfing, sun bathing, jet skis at the beach side, then many restaurants and fast foods on the street.

We can accommodate four adults in this pretty cozy apartment. You will be able to have fun, sleep well without spending too much on accommodations. Everything you need will be there, if not just ask. The beach is right there.
