Gorgeous rental property at the award-winning resort community of Coastal Club in Lewes. Make yourself at home in this comfortable 3 bed, 2.5 bath home. You have everything that you need on your doorstep while being just a few minutes from the area beaches. The Space.
2100 square feet, gourmet kitchen, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living areas, outside grill and patio, garage, high-speed internet, washer and dryer in the home, first floor owner's suite, second bedroom upstairs with balcony, third bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The home is beautifully decorated, and the location has you nestled along the wooded buffer for extra peace and tranquility.

Guest would need to purchase day passes from the Lighthouse club in order to use the amenities - information on how to do this can found in the welcome binder on the kitchen table.

Guest Access.
Guests can access the home via the digital keypad on the front door, no need to drive to an office and pick up actual keys anymore. Access to the garage is through the home only, for security reasons we do not give out the garage code.

Other things to note.
Linens, towels, wash cloths and hand towels are NOT provided at this rental. We like to give the guest the option to either bring their own or rent them from us. Please let me know if you would like us to supply the linen package after booking. Cost for this service is $125 total.

The Lighthouse Club is a residential community, and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. For a full set of rules, please refer to your lease documents.

Weekly Passes
*Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.

*When entering the clubhouse through the main entrance, you will swipe your pass at the front desk. All guests, age 5 and over, need a pass to participate in these activities.
Pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate)
Pre-purchased weekly passes should be ordered at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival and are valid from Saturday at 4:00pm through the following Friday.

Weekly Passes purchased on- site on day of arrival or later: $130. Please note, waiting until the day of arrival to order passes results in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price. Daily Passes
Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day: $30. There is no need to pre-order.

Key Fob Rentals
Key fobs grant extended hours to our guests for the use of the facilities. Please note a key fob is always required to access the indoor pool.
Key fobs are available with a $20. Cash or check deposit per fob which will be returned when the key fob is returned to the front desk. We are unable to use a credit or debit card for this transaction. A weekly pass must be purchased as a condition of key fob rental.
Requesting Weekly Passes and Key Fobs
Requests should include:
1 - The address of the home you are renting.
2 - Lead renter’s last name, as it appears on the rental agreement, with e-mail address and telephone number.
3 - Dates for which passes are needed.
4 - Number of passes needed (age 5 and over); and
5 - Number of key fobs requested.

Hours of Operation

Clubhouse
Clubhouse and management daily hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Extended hours with key fob: 4:00am to 11:00pm.
Guests must enter the Clubhouse through the front door.
Cover-ups, shirts, and shoes are always required while in the Clubhouse.

Outdoor Pool
Hours of operation: 10:00am to 8:00pm
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September.
Posted rules, lifeguards, and Clubhouse management work together to provide a safe pool experience. Indoor Pool and Spa
Hours of entry: 5:00am – 10:00pm

A key fob is always needed to enter the indoor pool area.
Rules for the use of spa are clearly posted and strictly adhered to for the safety of everyone.

Food and Beverage Service Restaurant hours:
*Before Memorial Day: Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Dine-in and take-out available.
Friday and Saturday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Dine-in available. The bar will remain open until 10:00 pm.
*Memorial Day Weekend- Labor Day weekend: Friday’s 4pm-8pm, Saturday’s 11am-8pm, Sunday’s 11am-6pm. Starting June 22 Thursday’s 4pm-8pm.
No outside food or beverages are allowed during clubhouse food and beverage operational hours. Outside of these hours, please feel free to bring your own. No glass of any kind is ever allowed in pool areas.

Food Trucks -
Food trucks are available on Wednesdays, 5:00pm- 8:00pm.

Fitness Center
Daily hours of operation: 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Extended hours with use of a key fob: 4:00am to 11:00pm, Age requirements and conditions for use of the Fitness Center:
Guests 13 through 15 are permitted to use the facility with a signed parental waiver.
Guests 12 and under are not permitted to use the facility.
Rules for use of the Fitness Center are posted and must always be followed. Proper attire is strictly enforced.
Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts
Reservations for courts may be made through Sign-up Genius upon arrival.
Trash Disposal

A key to the community trash receptacle is available at the front desk.
Highlights of Clubhouse Rules
Cover-ups, shirts, and shoes are always required in the Clubhouse. All entering from the pool must be completely dried off.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using the game room.
Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the Children’s Playroom.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the Coffee Station.
Changing tables in Locker room must be used when changing diapers.
