Unwind in the expansive master bedroom suite with a private seating area or gather around the cozy living room fireplace in the evenings and sunset views. Groups love the open-concept seating area and large, fully-equipped kitchen. The entertainment center, bar area, and pool table on the ground floor offer ample opportunities for indoor fun.

The outdoor decks, a large yard, a fire pit, and a grill make the house perfect for outdoor entertainment. Also, the quiet, low-traffic neighborhood is great for walkers and runners.

The house is located on a bayou of Pentwater Lake with a no-wake zone to ensure a peaceful experience. With the private dock, it’s an ideal stop for cruisers to spend some time off the water and enjoy amenities such as a washer and dryer. The deep well dock has cleats and accommodates boats with a draft of up to 4.5 feet and lengths of up to 60 feet. A public boat launch is 1.5 miles away.
