2 QUEEN BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS + OFFICE SOFABED IN GORGEOUS MAIN SUITE with a hot tub and dream deck, with parking on a quiet cul-de-sac close to mountains, ocean, city and main attractions! We are a quiet working couple that loves to travel, living in the separate basement suite.

The space
Enjoy a beautifully decorated living room off a modern kitchen that opens through French doors onto an entertainment sized deck. A large seating area with fire pit is adjacent to a dining table and BBQ, which overlooks the hot tub and a sprawling backyard with landscaped gardens. Two queen bedrooms and full bathroom on main.

Kitchen on main with gas stove and convection oven, Breville Barista Express, fully stocked appliances, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with water and icemaker. Second bathroom downstairs with laundry room and office with a double sofabed.

Walking distance to beautiful wooded trails, pickleball and basketball courts, a skate park, beach volleyball, track, a playground, a great cafe and the best Japanese restaurant in North Vancouver!

I am a pediatrc nurse and patient engagement advisor with three grown children. My husband Peter is retired and we love to travel. We are both active and love to bike, hike and play pickleball. I have been hosting short term rentals for years and enjoy meeting guests from around the world.

This is the main part of our house and we live in the basement suite, which follows BC short term rental laws. With stylish decor and a gorgeous entertanment deck, this space has all the amenities you could wish for and more. Natural gas BBQ and firepit so no need to run out for a new propane tank. Heated bathroom floors and hot water on demand so you never run out! Beautifully maintained gardens that are yours to enjoy.
