Here's to an honest review without being paid off - keep your refund!
To be fair, I would have left an average 3 star review until the resolution and communication of our issues went downhill. The property managers and owners tried to resolve our issues by providing an insult of a refund AND request a 5 star rating to do so (or requested I leave no review). I declined to spare others the trouble. I could have rented a similar property in this area without the broken amenities for half the cost!1 bathroom toilet intermittent flushing issues.Constant/every day Wi-Fi issues which ran the POOL HEAT, TVs, thermostat so we were without all for most of our vacation plus interruptions and time spent dealing with maintenance and communication. Unable to watch TV, kids iPads, etc. for majority of vacation. THE NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT, we were offered a hot spot that was outside (was it there the whole time???).Broken hot tub and cover, heated only to 88 max and turned off constantly because it was popping a breaker or had some sort of electrical issue unusable.No dressers in any of the bedrooms. Rooms had closets to hang clothes but nowhere to put your other non hangable clothing.No ice machine in the freezer, no ice cube trays to make your own ice - prepare to purchase ice all week. Huge fallen tree in the backyard and lawn care/maintenance was subpar - nowhere near "oasis" definition.Pool floats were either broken or had holes.I vacuumed all rugs upon arrival and had a full dispenser full of dirt and dust.
