The Space:
Live a unique experience in our spacious house, designed for 8 people. Every corner reflects an atmosphere of peace; this impeccable retreat offers comfort and privacy and includes:

Children's games: We have badminton, croquet, sack toss, volleyball, among other fun board games. We ask you to take care of them to avoid damage and charges for replacement.

Pool with LED lighting, heated between 28 and 30 degrees with beach entry at no additional cost, the pool has a salt converter system to avoid chlorine on the skin.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the property, you will need to show an official identification and provide the names of all guests.

We kindly ask you to share your approximate arrival time. We will provide you with Miguel's number, and he will meet you at the property entrance to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve.

We have 6 covered parking spaces and access with an electric gate.

The Neighborhood:
The property is conveniently located, surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies.

Getting Around:
The journey from Mexico City International Airport or downtown Mexico City to the property is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The journey from Cuernavaca Airport to the property is approximately 36 minutes.

We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:

Taking a taxi from the airport.
Using ride-sharing apps.
Renting a car from one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
-The pool can be used until 11:00 PM, and music in the garden must be kept at an appropriate volume that does not disturb the neighbors.
-Only registered vehicles and individuals are allowed to enter the property.
-Pets are not allowed because we have two dogs, and we would not like to have issues with the guests.
-Access to the private community will be restricted after 12:00 AM.
-Parties or visits unrelated to the reservation are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
-Glass containers are not to be used in the pool (please request appropriate containers from the staff).
-Please refrain from honking the horn at the entrance of the private community.
-The house is regularly fumigated and cleaned, but due to its location in the forest, insects may be encountered that are beyond our control, so we ask for the client's consideration and caution.
-The bathtub is unavailable to conserve water and protect the environment. Join our sustainability effort during your stay!
