Waterfront escape with endless fun! Dive into relaxation at your private pool. Challenge your crew in the game room (pool table & Smart TV!). Bring your boat, dock right in back, and explore the scenic Mantanzas River. Beach days are a breeze via private walkway just down the street and across A1A. After an adventurous day on the water, unwind on the balcony and BBQ the fish you caught right off the back dock! Pet Fee below…
Neighborhood is easy to find, direct access from A1A. Driveway easily accommodates 4 vehicles.
No smoking inside the home.
At least one guest must be 25 years of age.
2 dogs max. Pet Fees apply: $150/first. $250 (total) for one additional dog.
WATER RISK – This home is located on the water. You shall be responsible to take the appropriate precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of your guests and children.
The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house, across A1A, and onto a private walkway. No stairs, just a sloping boardwalk, but you will be crossing a road.
