A modern well-furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has everything to meet your culinary needs including a kitchen dining nook for 2-4 with a peek ocean view. Add the food and the fun and enjoy the dining area for 6.

There are 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and the third with a queen bed. A shared full bath with a shower/tub combination is accompanied by a 2nd shared bath with a large walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds - and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home also has WI-FI and cable. There is only street parking available at this unit.

This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces.

As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Ocean Sands Vacation Rental.
