-Lake Access to lake Superieur: This is only 5 minutes driving from the chalet. We offer 1 single kayak, 1 canoe and 1 inflatable stand-up paddle board to our guests. Lake is shallow and perfect for kids.
We also have a little beaver pond right in front of the chalet. However, it's not suitable for swimming.
The entire house is available for guests. We also have shared lake access, which is only 5 minutes driving from the chalet to Lac Superieur. Over there we have 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for guests. Feel free to use them! This is free of charge.
Please be aware that the bonfire pit is not available during winter.

Parking is a breeze at Versant Nord Lodge, offering a cafeteria, boutique, and ski rental services during the ski season. You'll also find two chairlifts that grant access to the trails and the magnificent Mt. Tremblant summit.

GUEST CAPACITY We permit a maximum of 8 guests in the chalet. If there are more guests than what was specified in the booking, you will be charged $75 dollars per extra person.
HOUSE INSPECTION As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, the cottage will undergo a thorough inspection by the owner/caretaker prior to your arrival and after your departure. In the unlikely event of any damage during your stay, Airbnb will notify you immediately and work with you to find a solution. Any costs associated with the damage will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly. However, Airbnb will be available to assist with the claims process and provide guidance throughout.
REQUESTED AGE Reservations are not permitted to people under 21 years of age. The person signing this contract is responsible for incidents and damage done to the cottage by other person present in the cottage.
NUMBER OF PERSONS For security and insurance reason, the number of persons (including kids) sleeping in the cottage cannot exceed the maximum capacity of eight (8) person. If this condition is not respected, the reservation can be cancelled at any time.
NON SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Any renters who disobeys said conditions shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund and/or a penalty of up to $500. Our team will inspect the cottage after your departure. Any damage caused by smoking in the cottage will be invoiced. Please, do not leave cigarette buts on property ground.
PETS Pets are not permitted on the premises of the cottage (inside and outside). A penalty of $500.00 will be deducted from your damage deposit if the presence of a pet is confirmed during your stay. Any damage and/or cost caused by your pets will be invoiced.
FIREPLACE The door of the interior fireplace must remain closed in all time when there is a fire and when you are leaving the cottage. It is strictly forbidden to do a fire on the property. An exterior fire pit is intended for this use. The fire must be completely extinct when left without supervision (departure, night, etc.)
FIREWORKS For security reasons, fireworks are strictly forbidden. Any renters who disobeys said conditions shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund and/or a penalty of up to $500.
QUIET TIME Out of respect for your neighbors, we remind you that starting at 10PM there should be no noise that could disturb the peace and comfort and the rest of the neighbors. Any renters who disobeys said conditions shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund and/or a penalty of up to $300 and could risk expulsion from the cottage. All parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Non-compliance of this regulation will result in immediate expulsion from the group without refund. Also, the non-respect of the number of people stipulated in the contract may result in expulsion or penalty deducted from your security deposit.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY Customers must ensure that the cottage is clean and in perfect condition during their stay. The cottage has wood floors for your comfort and pleasure. In order to keep these floors in perfect condition, tenants are asked to remove their shoes (shoes, boots, sandals, etc.) when entering. The entrances are equipped with a carpet section, please remove your shoes. Any deterioration of the floor resulting from non-compliance of this condition will be charged to the tenant. Skis, snowboards and snowshoes must remain outside. The tenant must notify as soon as possible, the owners of any damage or defect during the stay.
ACCESS The owners, management team or security agency are allowed to access the cottage anytime, at reasonable times during your stay. The tenant and guests committing a serious breach of the regulations of the cottage may be subject to immediate expulsion without refund.
KEYS The tenant must return the keys, as indicated, at the end of his stay. If keys are lost or forgotten at the end of your stay, a $25 fee will be charged to the tenant.
PROPERTY No other facility can be added to the site, like a trailer, trailer-tent, tent, pool, etc.
JACUZZI The "Chalet Bellavista" is not responsible for any problems following the use of the jacuzzi. Unconventional use may incur a $150 fee for additional cleaning. PLEASE CONSULT THE CARD FEATURING THE GUIDELINES FOR THE JACUZZI.
