Located in middle of Porum Landing, you will find anything you need for a great time on Lake Eufaula! Duchess Creek Marina and Porum Landing Recreation area are across the street. Local restaurants and Dollar General are only minutes away. But the best part of this lovely home is the comfortable layout and beautiful outside space. You will be so happy you chose The Sunshine Cottage as your home on the lake, you will want to make it permanent!
