Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment with dining area and kitchen. Outdoor area right on the river! You can frequently see manatees and aquatic wildlife in this Peaceful neighborhood. One parking spot included. Laundry room on site. Master bedroom has King size bed and one folding bed. Second BR has Queen size bed and one folding bed. Living room has a pullout couch.
Close to the beach, design district, Wynwood Arts District and 15 min from the airport.
Walking distance from Supermarket, CVS, and numerous bars and restaurants.
