The space
Located in the Linkside neighborhood within the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, this private and cozy home is the perfect space to unwind, relax and enjoy your golf and beach getaway. Decompress on the furnished patios which include a fire pit and both a gas and charcoal grills. Plus, the included 6-person golf cart is available to get you around the resort, to the beach, the pools, restaurants and shopping including Grand Boulevard and Baytowne!!!

Inside, the open and bright layout is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with loved ones. Beachy decor can be found throughout the interior along with comfortable furnishings in the living area. Guests will love the full kitchen featuring all the major appliances and cookware needed to prepare everyone’s favorite snack or meal. Plus, the home’s washer/dryer offers you convenience during your stay.

Located in a gated community, this golf and beach getaway awaits you and we look forward to hosting you!!!

THINGS TO KNOW
Up to 2 dogs are welcome where they can enjoy the fully fenced in backyard.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles on the property although it is crowded with the Golf Cart because PARKING / DRIVING ON THE GRASS IS NOT ALLOWED by the HOA. The best solution is to have both vehicles pulled up to the back of the driveway and park the Golf Cart behind the two vehicles along the road since Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort truly is a Golf Cart community. ;-) No need for a car unless you intend to go off the property. Overflow parking is available near the mailboxes half a block away from the home and off property.
