This listing is for two units that have connecting doors between the living rooms. One unit offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. The second unit offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, a full kitchen, dining table, and living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. With the two units, there is a total of three bathrooms with showers and four bathrooms offering tub/shower combo. One of the ensuite bathrooms has an ADA compliant roll in shower bathroom. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer for use during your stay as well.

The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

We have a designated vaping porch located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside our units and will set off our state-of-the-art smoke alarm system.

The Eleanor New Orleans is a large-format style hotel located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. We are a locally owned and operated hotel in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Avenue. Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

While our hotel does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) – 14.4 miles (approx. 20 minutes without traffic) – There are many Uber/Lyft/Taxi cabs at the airport that are readily available to take you downtown.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $500 for a 12pm arrival or $300 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $300 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
