Welcome to comfort & convenience in our 2-bed, 2.5-bath home. This modern home is conveniently located near Tenova Hospital & a short walk to Beach Haven Winery. 25-min drive to Fort Campbell & only 15 minutes to downtown Clarksville.

— CHECK IN —
To ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, please note our standard timings: Check-in is after 4 pm CT and check-out is before 11 am CT.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, we may accommodate based on availability for a fee of $75. Please message us for further details.
For security purposes, the door code will be provided on the day of check-in.
If your stay exceeds two nights, please upload a photo ID via messages at least 48 hours prior to check-in to receive the check-in instructions.
—PARKING—
Effective 12/1/2024, please be aware that a parking pass is required to park at our property. If you do not have a valid parking pass, your vehicle will be towed at your expense. The property owners are not responsible for any towing charges. Upon check in, we will provide you with one parking pass for your stay.
Parking Limit: There is a limit of two vehicles per reservation:
One vehicle may use the designated parking spot with the provided parking pass.
One additional vehicle can park in the visitor parking area.
Important: If the parking pass is lost, there will be a $200 replacement fee. Please ensure you keep it in a safe place during your stay.
— LINENS —
Respect Towels & Sheets. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
— IN CASE OF A FIRE —
Call 911 obviously but also there fire extinguisher is located below the kitchen sink.
— WIFI —
Please see Airbnb app for WIFI info.
— LAUNDRY —
The washer & dryer are located in the laundry room upstairs. We provide a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. To ensure the proper functioning of the dryer, kindly remove any lint after each use.
— TRASH CANS —
Located out back, feel free to neatly dispose of your trash mid-stay! If you stay longer than one week, trash day is Friday, please help us and put the garbage in front of the home on Thursday night and pull it back back Friday evening. Outside trash litter and debris left outside of the trash bin will incur a fine of $500.
— SMOKING RULES —
To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly request a strict no-smoking policy, including the use of incense or smell infusers. Violations of this policy may result in a $300 fine and additional cleaning fees. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fresh and comfortable space for everyone to enjoy.
— GLITTER ME NOT ;) —
Due to a chronic cleaning issue, glitter is no longer allowed as decoration in our home. If my home is returned to me with glitter to clean up, it will result in a $100 fine and may result in additional deep cleaning fees. So please please PLEASE do not decorate my place with glitter :) This rule includes no confetti and no tape on our walls — Thank you!!
— PET POLICY —
We sadly do not accept pets at this property. If you have a service animal, please inform us in advance. For therapy pets, valid documentation must be submitted before arrival. Thank you for understanding and adhering to our pet policy.
— NO VISITORS, GATHERINGS, PARTES OR EVENTS—
We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be in the guest count at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $200 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing.
— CAMERAS —
We have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in a cost of $150 per violation and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
— TO REMOVE SHOES OR NOT —
We kindly ask that you be mindful of the weather outside, and not track in mud, excessive leaves, or any snow that will melt.
— DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS —
Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a “courteous guest”, therefore excessive dirtiness and/or damages to the home or property will result in a minimum additional fee of $75 for the booking guest.
— CHECK OUT —
Before you depart, we kindly request that you complete the following tasks to ensure a smooth checkout:
Take out the trash and dispose of it in the bins
Turn off all lights throughout the property
Lock all doors securely before leaving
Please gather any used towels and place them in the washer
If you have any furry friends with you, we appreciate your effort in picking up after them.
Lastly, there's no need to make or strip your bed on the final day of your stay. Our dedicated cleaning team will take care of that after you check out.
