Serene Condo overlooking the Myakka River and olympic size pool. Watch the sunrise or sunset while watching Dolphins or Manatees off the private pier or while sipping coffee in your pjs off the private balcony.
Centrally located in between Tampa and Ft. Myers. Close to several airports, west coast beaches, golfing, baseball park, malls etc. Surrounded by many things to do whether you like water sports, entertainment, eating, or just relaxing there's plenty nearby.
The apt is private and is on the 2nd flr. It has 2 bedrooms (King and queen bed) and a sofa bed. It has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, toaster, microwave as well as a coffee bar with Kheuerig and regular coffee maker. Towel, linens, and soap are provided in both bathrooms.
