BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Great time with family!

Our family had a great time staying at Club Paradise. The house had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable for everybody. The pool was great to have especially in this heat. Would definitely rent again and encourage my friends to rent Club Paradise.

Amazing beach house!

We had an amazing time at Club Paradise. The house was situated in the perfect place, a few yards from the dock and only a short walk to the beach. The house itself was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everybody. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a family meal. The best thing about this house are the porches. You can watch the sunset from the front porch every night. The back porch is equipped for any type of entertaining. It has an extra icemaker, which was a big plus the pool was perfect for cooling off at night. The back is lit with the perfect amount of lights. It was by far the best experience that we've had and everyone enjoyed Club Paradise!

Club Paradise is a little slice of heaven!... and my dog thinks so too!

After years of staying in condos, staying in a home is a welcomed change! The privacy in your own pool and the amenities available to a renter was above any other experience I have had. The best thing was the ability to bring my sweet golden retriever, Maizy. Every morning we took a short walk to the bay shoreline (maybe 200 ft away) where we tossed the ball to her and she learned about waves and water life. We absolutely loved the screened in outdoor patio/ kitchen. It was a fun hangout area after being at the beach all day. As the sun went down all the twinkle lights around the pool added to the whole experience. All of the outdoor and indoor living spaces are well thought out. The floor plan is very versatile and affords plenty of privacy for a home that accommodates so many. The furniture was comfy and so were the beds and linens. The kitchen was large enough for a few people to cook. Loved the second refrigerator and stand alone ice maker. This place is great! The only downfall...is now I can't stay in a condo! LOL Good job Club Paradise! We will be back :)
