Welcome to Oregon's Corner Unit B - Only STEPS to the BEACH!!

This is a perfect getaway just STEPS from the Oregon Street beach access. Many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, such as Diary Queen, Stop n' Shop, Pirate Souvenir Shop, and the Bicycle Shop for renting bikes. A short bike ride or drive to Captain Georges', Bonzer Shack, Mama Kwans, Goombays, Jolly Roger, Fuji Hibachi Grill, JK's, Walgreens, CVS, Food Lion, Starbucks, and MORE. This is in the heart of Kill Devil Hills - you couldn't ask for a better location. The beach access is right across the street! We provide all linens, towels, coffee, toilet paper towels, and beach chairs. You walk into a spacious beach cottage with room to sleep 4 people: one full bedroom with a queen bed and one loft area with a spiral staircase to two twin beds (short ceilings - ideal for children). Within the loft is a large room with board games and bean bags for the kids to escape their parents and phones. The home is equipped with a full kitchen with peninsula seating, a cozy dining area, a comfy living room with a smart TV, washer and dryer, and a courtyard-style patio with a dining set for 4. This home really has it all! It has been newly renovated this year and it's ready for your vacation!

I grew up here on the Outer Banks and now I am raising my kids here! What a beautiful place to be from. I am the broker in charge of CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty and this is our first investment property which required major renovation but it was worth it! I am excited to get some rentals and really hope that everyone likes our place and I am local and am available if you need anything at all during your stay!

Why they chose this property

Kill Devil Hills is the busiest and like the very center of the OBX. It has the most restaurants, businesses, and overall year-round things to do. This investment wasn't just about being in Kill Devil Hills, for us, it was the proximity to the beach access and walkability to the shops and restaurants as well as it being two properties on one lot. Despite all the work that it needed, it was worth the sweat equity.

What makes this property unique

I don't think that there are many smaller, one-family-style rentals this close to the beach. You mainly see giant homes and hotels along the beach road but what we love is that it's a cute small cottage with everything you need in a fantastic location without having to book a hotel - you have the whole place!
