Brand new on the market - Amazing Ocean Front retreat directly on the Gulf of Mexico! No roads to cross! You are on the beach - Gulf Side!!! Step out onto the sugar white sand of Pensacola Florida in this Perdido Key Resort!

The entire resort of Perdido Sun is going through a remodel which should be completed by May of 2025. Guests can expect loud noise during this construction during the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday that affects every unit. We have discounted the nightly rate during the construction process for those who would still like to come and enjoy our beautiful beaches despite the construction noise. If you enjoy taking naps during the day during this construction, this resort is not for you until after construction is completed. If you don't mind the noise during the day because you will be out exploring, then this could be a very affordable retreat directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

This retreat boasts the most incredible panoramic views as you walk through the home! The sights and sounds of the waves crashing can be seen as soon as you enter this beautiful retreat! Enjoy incredible sunset dining from your own balcony overlooking the beach. Perdido Sun resort has wonderful amenities, including two beachside swimming pools (indoor heated and outdoor), hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor grills beachside. You will find amazing restaurants and grocery stores near. This is just a great laid back retreat to relax, unwind and be refreshed! Reserve your time away today!

Best Condo Ever
Best condo we’ve ever rented at Perdido Sun! So very comfortable & stocked with everything we needed. Special attention to making us feel special! Water in fridge & the Key Lime pie along with a handwritten welcoming letter took it over the top! Would stay there every time we go!

2nd trip to Perdido Sun
Absolutely beautiful retreat, wonderfully decorated, fully fitted with everything we needed. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect getaway. Views of the gulf overlooking the beach just as listed and shown. We enjoyed our daily brunch cooked looking out to the balcony where we enjoyed our meal. Spent the day at the beach, then enjoyed great local restaurants offering whatever our desires were that day. Finished each day walking the beach at sunset just soaking the last beauty in before a quiet bedtime. All we could have hoped for!!!!

We chose Perdido Key because of the laid back atmosphere and the sugar white sandy beaches. We love to make our guests feel special! It is our goal to provide a wonderful experience. Why they chose this property

We love Perdido Key because of its laid back atmosphere. This is not a party beach. We love that our guests return again and again when they discover our retreats in the Perdido Sun Resort. We currently manage seven. So, if one is booked, we can check on of the other beautiful gulf front retreats we have.
Perdido Key is located on the far west side of Pensacola near the Florida/Alabama line.

What makes this property unique

The views!!! Just incredible sunsets from inside and outside your retreat! Being directly ON THE BEACH - GULF SIDE is the most desirable place to be.
