This home was just built in 2023 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It boasts a wonderful kitchen with a pristine-white countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with bar seating. One of the property’s highlights is the spacious main-level primary suite with its ensuite bathroom.

This gorgeous townhome features an upscale, modern mountain exterior with two outside patio spaces offering great entertainment options.

The two guest bedrooms with king beds are in the upper floor. There is a second bathroom in the upper floor as well, and is furnished with a tub. A half bathroom is located in the main floor.

The property is in a great location and just right down the road from the white water rafting park.
