Quiet Clean Studio

Stayed here with a friend for 10 days. Was lovely having the outdoor space as it’s a small unit, but felt more open when we had the doors ajar. Small kitchen area but gets the job done especially with toaster over/air fryer unit. Owner generously allowed us to park 2 cars in the driveway. Walking distance to Mission Bay park which was great. Would stay again!

Cozy stay in central location

Bay Breeze Studio was perfect for my stay while I assisted my parent through surgery at UCSD Medical Center. The property is cute and compact, super comfy bed and sitting area. I brought my own electric kettle and had plenty of room in the mini fridge for snacks and restaurant leftovers. Communication was great and it was super easy to check in and out. It was raining while I stayed but I bet the outdoor area would be great in the summer for grilling and hanging out. The only drawback was that there was quite a bit of noise from the larger attached unit - just regular everyday living noise, but the walls are thin and everything seemed quite loud: footsteps, doors closing, dryer running, up and down steps. I was alone for the first few days though and it was really peaceful. Not sure if you can rent the entire unit, upstairs and ADU where I stayed, but it would be great for a family or group to have the whole space.
