The Space:
Welcome to Beach Cove Resort, located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an oceanfront resort and is not far from many of the areas attractions, including Barefoot Landing. You will enjoy your time in this highly desired area!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: ***7'6" is the max clearance for the property - this is for the bottom level of the parking garage*** Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee machine that uses filters. Electric countertop stove is present.

Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom: Two queen beds - ocean views through the shutters (seen in photo) that can be opened or closed.

Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.

Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed ocean view.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Complex Amenities: Pools. HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves and are able to access the pools. Guests are NOT able to use the onsite restaurant, arcade, or exercise room.

The unit is located in Beach Cove Resort - situated in a highly desired section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Monday of every month. Technician entry is required per HOA rules/regulations.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation, but will be available through the platform should they need anything.
