Trash

When we got to the property all the windows were open. The inside of the property look nothing like the pictures. The house had not been cleaned there was dirt all over the house and trash under the beds the air vents had not been cleaned. Holes in the walls, had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and popcorn falling off of it.

Needs to Improve

The communication between the hosts was good at first. I received emails from the day I made the reservation until the day I arrived; as soon as I opened the door, everything went sideways. We found dead cockroaches in different rooms. The bed frame in the main headroom bed was broken. The A/C unit was off, so the house was boiling; we had to leave and return to stay in. It did cool down nicely after that. The beds were queen-sized and double-sided; even though the advertising fixed 16 people, the beds only had one pillow per bed, and those were very flat. Some of the glasses were plastic, and at least 2 had holes. In the middle of the night, a horrible odor came from the bathroom; we checked, and it looked like a skunk had just sprayed there. We looked inside the house to see if we could find the skunk, but we checked, and all doors and windows were closed. Then we noticed the odor came from the A/C vent; we imagined it came from outside. Still, it was an awful moment. Now, we were only there for one night. Some of the towels were very stained as if they were used to clean the furniture instead of showering; they were clean but stained. I guess we were not wordy about going there to fix the problems just for one night. Still, I wish the host had answered or fixed the minor's issues.

Roomy home in nice neighborhood

The house is very spacious. And the neighborhood was charming. Check in and out is easy. Location was great for our needs 15 min into Chattanooga, 7 min to restaurants and shopping.
