Pet friendly- one the VERY few fenced yards in Topanga
Miles of hiking trails from the house or a short drive to Tuna Park or Topanga State Park
Quiet-the first thing you notice is the quiet

Watch the ever changing clouds from inside the house or on the porch
The sunrises are often amazing and can be seen from two of the bedrooms
A short drive to the beach, Malibu, Santa Monica, or the Valley from our Oasis in Topanga

Awesome secluded place for relaxation

The house is placed in an awesome setting. I would recommend to anyone who loves nature. I do have to complain about the smell that hits you when you step in, smells slightly like a chicken coop. Carl is a great guy to deal with though, so I would recommend to book.
