This quiet top floor condo is centrally located in the heart of Sosúa (El Batey), just off Pedro Clisante road, walking distance to everything (restaurants, bars, beach, etc..) and 15 minutes drive from the Puerto Plata airport.
This condo has everything you need:
- 1 bedroom with air conditioner and ceiling fan
- 1 bathroom
- Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils etc.)
- Dining table with 4 chairs
- TV with cable
- Stereo
- Shared pool
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (no extra fee)
- No smoking inside the unit.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
