Brand new beautiful spacious house fully equipped with private access, with a furnished backyard ready to enjoy a cookout. Great location! The house is in a gated community within El Sauzal. Ideal for those looking to visit the Guadalupe Valley and the tourist area of Ensenada as it is located near both places. Excellent nearby restaurants, supermarkets, bars, craft breweries, gas stations and self-service shops. The house has three bedrooms with wall-mounted TVs.
The space
The house is a two-story home with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, a full-size kitchen (fully equipped), 2.5 bathrooms, with two full bathrooms on the upper level and one half bathroom on the lower level, an office with desk is located in the upper level.
Guest access
The entire house is used exclusively by our guests. There is a security gate at the entrance and a remote control is used to access the gate to the house. The door has a keyless entry with a keypad.

The backyard is equipped with a fire pit, bench, dining table, bar, and sink.
