This 4th floor unit is large enough for a family gathering. The 3-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. Use the center elevator for quick access to the beach and parking garage (only available for floors 1-4) and easy access to the west tower without multiple elevator trips! Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!

In 2024, we provide FOUR free beach chairs with TWO Umbrellas set up for you each day by the local beach chair service!

Please read before booking:

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Cleanliness is very important
The property was very dirty and should have been checked for that prior to us arriving. The bathrooms and kitchen were the worst! Both bathtubs/ shower had soap scum that apparently had been there a lonnnnng time, disgusting!! I kept a towel on shower floor to stand on!! If you ever went barefooted your feet got black! Had to keep flip flops by my bed, to stay off the floors!! I can only imagine the filth, that we couldn’t see! The person before us got charged a cleaning fee and so did we! When this was brought to their attention, they said they would have sent someone to clean. For one it should have already been cleaned and 2we didn’t want someone coming to clean with our stuff there! Not impress at all!

Family vacation
The condo is as described, clean and well stocked for a weeks stay. Great views of the ocean and the pool from the balcony. You are within walking distance to food, fun and shopping, which is a plus with all the traffic. The beach set ups were a plus. We had a small problem when checking in, but Jenny got everything straightened out rather quickly, she was a true blessing ! We will definitely book this condo again!

Great condo- As advertised!
We have been to PCB several times and always chose to stay at Calypso Towers! Best location, on the beach and walking distance to everything needed while on vacation! This specific condo was as advertised! It was clean upon arrival and Jenny & Nickey were great with their communication! We would not hesitate to stay at 402E again! We miss the view already!

Best views, sunsets were spectacular. Condo was better than described and in very good condition. Very clean and well maintained. We will definitely book another stay here if we get a chance. Manager was very responsive. Pools looked great and they are huge.

“Let’s Go Girls” PCB 2023, had to be the best girls trip ever! Even though it was planned at the last minute, Jenny made it all happen. The instructions on how to get to the condo, and how to access the condo and amenities were very clear. Jenny made everything so easy for us and the booking was trouble free. The view and sound of the ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. Our rooms were nicely decorated and very clean with large closets, comfortable and well equipped. The parking garage was very safe and easy to come and go. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance . We enjoyed our stay so much we would love to book with you again real soon.

Fall Break!
We had a great fall break at 402E Calypso! It was very clean, communication was easy! If you like to have a lot of ice and not buy it- this is the place for you! King bed in master was very comfortable. View was spectacular and at the fourth floor, it was quick up/down the elevator. Especially the center elevator dedicated to floors 1-4. The people who work at the Calypso are very friendly and kept the resort in tip top shape. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and well maintained condo unit. Love the chair service that’s provided with condo makes it so easy for a family especially with little ones to not have to pack beach chairs! Condo 402E was nicely equipped only thing maybe could have used was air fryer! Second year staying with Jenny condos! Any little issue she had it looked at and taken care of for us!

Simply the best customer service!!!
Wow the customer service by Premium Beach Condos exceeded our expectations!! We’ve stated in so many different condos and situations over the years and they have been the best thus far. Condo was clean and so conveniently located for use of the level four only elevator! Picked this condo for that convenience and it was well worth it. Noise level was a concern when booking as so close to pool but never an issue while we were there. Best feature….the ice machine in the fridge!! So much ice and never ran out. Five adults always had plenty of ice to go around which has always been a struggle. Seems minor but when you know you know. 🙃 Again I would highly recommend PBC because of their quick response in answering all questions regarding booking and area. Shuttle service for our daughter who flew into PCB was included in our reservation and saved us at least $100!! Thanks Jenny and PBC! Will def use your services and condos again.

Everything we could have needed
Property was just as described. Super clean. No problems. Pool was easy to access. We loved that the beach chairs were at our availability with no extra cost. Tiki bar was a plus for the adults. We have two teenagers, so being right by Pier Park allowed them their time, while being close to us. Shuckums is a favorite of ours and literally in walking distance. This condo was everything we needed and some. We strongly recommend this unit. Check in was simple and check out. Owners are very kind and informative with any questions we had.

Very clean and organized rooms. Enough room for a big family. Used the lounge chairs and umbrellas everyday that were included with our stay. We parked in the garage and walked everywhere we wanted to go including Pier Park.

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway
The condo was everything the listing said it was and more and being within walking distance to the pier and pier park and lots of restaurant options was very nice . One of of best family vacations so far ! Highly recommend renting this condo !

Had a great vacation. the beach was very nice.liked WALKING OUT OF THE BUILDING AND RIGHT ONTO THE BEACH. the BEACH STAFF WAS GREAT. they WERE THE ONLY ONES WE HAD ANY CONTACT WITH WHILE STAYING AT YOUR CONDOS.would RECOMMEND YOUR FACILITY TO OTHER PEOPLE. my partner STAYED WITH YOU LAST YEAR AND SHE REALLY LIKED IT. she WAS THE ONE WHO WANTED TO REVISIT YOUR FACILITY. glad WE STAYED THERE.
