I love spending my time doing anything active and outdoors! I am very excited to be hosting this lovely riverfront property that has been in my family for a century!
Why they chose this property
Private, beautiful and perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! One of the first homes on the beginning of the iconic AuSable River.
What makes this property unique
-This property has the most amazing swimming hole! For 74 years it has been in our family and we haven't shared it much... now we are offering a chance for others to try it out and fall in love with it as well! There is also a much loved sand bar to lounge in beach chairs, or build sandcastles on, in the hot summers months. This property is great place to throw in kayaks, a fishing line, or just enjoy the beautiful well maintained yard that our family has spent over 70+ years tending to with loving care.
-The home rests on an acre of land and across the road is miles of state land to hike, bike, snowshoe, ski, or snowmobile! It is very private and peaceful.
-The quaint town of Frederic is within walking distance of this property. We encourage you to try one of the Frederic Inn’s world famous burritos!!
