Upon entry to this luxurious condo, your eyes will be instantly affixed to the mesmerizing views of Perdido Pass, Robinson Island, Terry Cove, and the Gorgeous Pool offered at The Moorings. This 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bathroom, Ground Floor Unit features floor to ceiling 11ft. sliding glass doors, which lead out to a spacious balcony overlooking the Pool. A table with seating for 6 is offered, as well as a gas grill for preparing your meals during your stay.
The open Living, Dining, and Kitchen area offers plenty of seating, which include a comfortable sofa, side chairs with ottomans, and a television for enjoying your down time. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel, whirlpool appliances, and a large walk in pantry. The refrigerator has cube/crushed ice in the door plus water. Each cabinet is adorned with all items needed for preparing and serving your meals.
King bedding is featured in the Primary Bedroom. Retreat to this relaxing space to enjoy the endless views, or curl up with a good book in the comfortable chair with ottoman. The Primary bathroom features a Jacuzzi Tub, a glass enclosed Shower with tile, Double Vanity, a huge walk in closet for storing your personal belongings, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay! Guest Bedroom 2 features Queen Bedding, exquisite furnishings, and also a Private Bathroom, providing a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and stocked with plush linens! Bedroom 3 offers two, twin extra long beds to accommodate the taller guests comfortably. Bedroom 3 features private access to the Hall Guest Bathroom, which provides a tub/shower combo, pedestal sink, and is also fully stocked with linens for your stay!
The Moorings complex offers a fantastic line-up of amenities including an outdoor zero-entry swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, children's pool, sauna and steam room, just to name a few. Located at the east end of Canal Road and north of Terry Cove, The Moorings condos are surrounded by mainly residential neighborhoods and other bay-front low-rise condos. This is a serene and quiet setting near many of Orange Beach's best restaurants and right next door to Sportsman's Marina. Although a Marina featuring Boat Slips is on site, it is for Owner Use Only and is NOT open to Guests.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.
