The great room has vaulted ceilings, wood floors, huge windows for the natural light to come in from the outdoors and plenty of space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen has a huge granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a farmhouse sink and gleaming subway tiles. Doors open to the back deck, where you can watch the stars and enjoy the surrounding pine forest. On the main level, there is a bedroom with a King Bed and TV.

Upstairs, there is a beautiful loft bonus room with leather sofas, poker table, TV and a gas fireplace. You’ll also find two bedroom suites and a kids room with built-in bunks and an air hockey table. An exercise room is also available to you so you wont miss a work out on vacation. Sparks 4 is near the Fort Rock Park inside the heart of Sunriver and a quick bike ride over to the pool. This home is centrally located and a short drive from the Sunriver Village Mall, that has shopping and dining. This home will include 10 passes into the Sunriver Home Owners Aquatic pool at SHARC.

Beautiful Home

Perfect house for our multi-generational family. The bunkbed kid room and playroom were amazing. The decor and bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. My grandson wanted to buy the house and live there forever. The only disappointment was the bikes. Only 2 adult bikes and one was not in good working order. While riding it, the chain fell off and I crashed. I have bruises all over my leg and arms. We would love to rent again and will rent bikes next time.
